Playlist: Feel Good Motown

Wednesday, March 04, 2015

Hey, everyone! It's Wednesday, and I'm sure we're all in need of a mid-week pick-me-up. Whenever I need a little boost of energy, I turn on Motown music. Whatever it is about it, the dance beats, the killer singing voices, or the simple lyrics, it just boosts my mood. So, right now I want you to stop pulling your hair out. Stop yelling at your computer screen. Push the play button below and jam for a minute. Work will still be there in 5 minutes, but your mood will have improved quickly. I promise. (Unless... Motown brings back a horrible time of your life, and in that case, I'm truly sorry. This post isn't for you, leave now before your day is ruined!)

I hope this list gets you through your work day, your commute, your house cleaning session, or whatever it is you're doing on this mid-week hump of a day.

Motown just feeeeeeeels good. Let it get you in the mood for a great rest of the week and a great weekend!

++ Did it work for you? Let me know what you think of it in the comments.

  1. Okay, so your play list is right out of my playbook. Except you forgot Justin! (Timberlake). This music is my joy ticket for sure. I dance while no one's watching, like no one's watching. Love your blog, Lana.
